Patient Retrieval is our absolute priority and must be addressed with urgency, before an emergency Air Ambulance flight is deemed inappropriate due to the increasing severity of a patient's condition.

Services Provided:

Organ transfers, retrevals, and deliveries, time critical and prioritised with Air Traffic Control (ATC) as a matter of necessity to minimise delivery times.

Emergency patient retrevials / from remote Australian or international locations / e.g. Bali, New Guinea, Fiji or any remote South Pacific island serviced by an appropriate airport.

Transfer of emengency medical teams / doctors, nurses, paramedics and support staff to disaster zones / domestic or international.

Australia and The South Pacific is a huge area and JetCorp is able to provide the very best aircraft options through our diverse associations, in the minimum of time where and when necessary. Whether ultra-long range, or regional gravel strips, the patients are our priority and our crews are on hand to assist.

Cost and Payment:

At such a sensitive time it is difficult to discuss and expect payment, unfortunately it must be addressed prior to departure. Price is based on aircraft type, crew numbers, distance flown, landing, air navigation charges; insurance companies may be involved, government assistance may have been arranged, or payment is available through Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT), all methods are acceptable but funds must be cleared in JetCorp's accounts prior to departure.
Also, please understand we are willing and able to assist with arranging accredited medical teams, but we are primarily aircraft providers, and will work closely with medical professionals to ensure any/all patients are provided with appropriate flight and medical support, this includes the carrage of an acceptable number of family members, but we are ultimately only responsible for providing appropriate, safe flight services.
